Nice work. A lot of attention to details. I like those older dimmed taillights more than this redesigned. And those white handles on roof would be better if painted in orange as you did the ring around the gearbox. Good luck.

Hi franks, I made all thinks by myself, except exhaust - this made my friend. So, I save a ot of money. Bumpers, lights I bought from 2nd hand from scrapyard. But all money what I spend on this car was aroud 4500€. Good luck with rebuilding :)

could ask you a million questions! haha but did the front and rear lights, and the bumpers pritty much bolt straight on ?

Front lights are xenon, so I had to use old motor for height adjustment, because I do not have automatic system for height adjustment. Differences between ph1 and ph2 front lights are in the plastic rail under the lights. So, you have to buy new ph2 rails. Front bumper is 1:1 with old one. By rear lights you need to change connectors, because there is another number of pins in the connectors. And the rear bumper is 1:1 with old one.

This is unbelievable.. I'm still searching for this front bumper. Just can't find it anywhere -.- I'm now thinking of just buying a real RS haha :D

I filed down end of exhaust pipe and weld new pipe with "U" profile with new exhaust termination. See carefully video from 1.30.

That's a lovely magane mk2. Is that a 1.9dci? I've just acquired one, needs a bit of work but they are quick by turbo diesel standards
