I played the sport at higher primary and high school level, and know it well that the average black... even if I didn't, how can I not support the Boks, the patriotism, passion on display whenever they play is so contagious. Most of all though, they play good damn rugby and winners whether lose or win. The goosebumps I get when I see the support in every township whenever the Boks play, tarvens, shebeens, halls pack full. We maybe divided in some form or another but the Boks give glimpse of hope what we can do as blacks, coloured, whites if we can work together for a common cause, 🫣 damn I sound like a lying politician(which I'm not) but it's true this time.
