February 24, 2013 - Spiritual depression affects the hearts and minds of the godly. The world can drive the love for the work of God out of our hearts. You may be going through a season where you are being pursued by ungodliness. Be encouraged, God will not allow you to be triumphed over. He will meet you right where you are and comfort you with His presence and encourage with His Word.

If you can sit still for this kind of preaching and love it, then truly the Spirit of the Living God is working in you. His children's spirits bears witness only with the truth. Now get up my brothers and sisters and lets do the work we were called to do and finish our course fearlessly.

James, you posted your comment 5 years ago. Today, as I write to you, it is 7-14-19. And as I "sat still for this kind of preaching and loved it" as you commented those many years ago, The Lord touched my heart to comment. The Lord placed you on my heart James. Be of good courage and continue to do the work He called you to do. Let us, as you encouraged everyone 5 years ago, to "finish our course fearlessly." So I encourage you dear brother. Since Pastor Conlon delivered this message, the world and our Country have deteriorated to levels which back in 2013 no one could have imagined. Stand strong James. The time of our translation into glory is soon. Let us be continue to be light and salt to a lost world. Thank you for your comment. I look forward to meeting you soon in glory dear brother.

Amen my dad is going through a hard time , with addiction of all sorts of things I have watched Carter for 4 year's now I thank you pastor for helping me and bringing me closer to the holy spirit you truly are a blessing Carter I showed my dad a video of your preaching and it's touched him he felt like falling on his knees I feel like falling on my knees thank you and I pray the world turns to God amen

When sin abounds, grace abounds much more. I think we just need to overcome the world just like Jesus said "be of good cheer, I have overcome the world". Let's just pray the Lord returns before things get as bad as you fear!
