I've begun microdosing with LSD for the past 18 weeks and it's made an incredibly positive, very noticable, and hugely healthy positive impact in all facets of my day to day life. Uplifted mood, I feel more optimistic about everything, my anxiety becomes much more relaxed and manageable while overall feeling subtly more "connected" to others in general around me and those I interact with directly which in turn develops an almost unspoken positive connection that nearly eliminates the 'stranger' aspect of being around people you've never met before. Such a remarkable substance that I'm so grateful to have experienced and will do everything to positively use my experiences and help others. You can do it, we're all here with you!

Great episode! Such a diverse mix of topics. What resonated with me most were the sections about 'how your (romantic) relationships evolved over time' and (totally different topic) investments. Kevin, didn't go much into the details of his investment process, but his comments regarding Shopify and Netflix were really insightful. As far as I understand, he looks at these companies the way a founder would do it... not the way financial analysts do it. Thanks a lot to both of view! P.S. I prefer the video podcast over the audio-only format. Details (like Tim working meticulously with his notebook during the podcast) are lost in the audio format.

Timestamps from Tim's website, recalculated because the KZfaq video doesn't have sponsors in the beginning: (for the later parts, the timestamps are late by about 10 seconds, just press the left arrow key twice after clicking the timestamp there) 00:15: Why is Kevin introducing this show like he’s the 2020 incarnation of Rain Man? 01:09: Why was wine appropriate for the 10-year anniversary of Kevin and Darya’s first date? 03:21: Opining on lessons learned from past relationships, polarity, sensitivity, and cultivating the structures that make our current relationships work - even when there’s an occasional breakdown in communication. 16:24: What did therapy look like when Kevin and Darya were seeing a therapist, and what are the most valuable tools they took away from the experience? 18:00: What a writer can learn when they get language wrong in a relationship and their partner is patient enough to guide the conversation toward a more understanding tone. 21:45: What comes to mind most when Kevin reflects on the past decade and what the years ahead have in store? In what area does he feel he’s improved upon thanks to lessons and interactions from the past? 24:40: Why I tend to err on the side of admitting I don’t know something or someone rather than trying to fake it, where I think my biggest knowledge gaps are currently, and how I’m trying to minimize the number of decisions I’m obligated to make. 27:34: Why I’m now so committed to strategically saying “no” when I used to say “yes” to everything. 31:12: As someone who’s known me since well before I had 618,952 unread emails, 287 unread text messages, a neverending supply of unsolicited spam books from publishers, and occasional recognition from strangers on the street, Kevin wonders if I maybe feel a little overwhelmed these days. How am I dealing with time, attention, and energy management? 36:05: What are the categories of things that have depleted our energy versus the categories of things that have given us energy? What would we like to more of/less of in 2020? 41:44: Pondering questions Jerry Colonna asked me in episode 373 and applying them to the new year (and heavy conversations I’ve had over the past two weeks): How am I complicit in creating the conditions I say I don’t want? What needs to be said that isn’t being said? What’s being said that I’m not hearing? What am I saying that’s not being heard? 47:41: Thoughtful notes to the living and dead, why I resolved to have some recent difficult conversations by voice instead of mail, why I don’t write Kevin as many love letters as I used to, and why a resolution can serve the purpose of closing a loop even if it doesn’t offer any solutions. 54:23: Important realizations I’ve had when thinking back over the last 10 years. 57:42: What does the next decade look like for me from a bio-hacking standpoint? Is it still something I focus on, or have I moved away from it intentionally? 1:03:27: How my interest in bio-hacking began as a self-defense mechanism, and why my focus has shifted more from the known to the unknown in terms of how treatments for certain maladies and disorders are being explored now. 1:12:51: A realization I’ve had recently about finding peace, and why I’m not making a million resolutions for 2020. 1:13:54: To what does Kevin credit his greater sense of ease and patience over the last few years? How does this contrast with the way he dealt with situations in the past - even situations he should have been enjoying but couldn’t? 1:16:27: A book I’m really enjoying now that would have earned mockery from the me of 10 years ago - and how it’s helping me reframe some of the mental struggles that both of us have endured. 1:23:16: A lot of people who take pride in being achievers don’t extend compassion toward themselves - and I think Kevin and I have both fallen prey to this self-neglect in the past. If you’re having internal dialogue that’s critical without being compassionate, how might we suggest breaking away from its influence for a fresh perspective? 1:27:44: Is there such a thing as good decaf coffee? If you know of any, please tweet Kevin! For my part, I’m happy to be the first non-caffeinated monkey shot into space on the quest to enlightenment through abstinence. 1:30:06: Addressing one of the biggest self-help elephants in the room. 1:33:49: If psychedelics become a legal form of therapy, can the world look forward to Tim Ferriss-branded psychedelic treatment mall kiosks? 1:41:04: One fun money-generating idea for psychedelic research charity I’m thinking of pursuing in 2020, how Kevin’s connections may already be able to help, and why I think money spent in the direction of this research is capable of such monumental, world-changing results. 1:44:35: Dream artists I would love to have participating in this effort. 1:46:09: What uninvestigated secrets might be revealed by paying top-tier journalists $2 a word to find them? 1:51:25: What does Kevin feel he did quite well over the past 10 years, and what insight might he offer others seeking similar success? 1:55:31: What is Kevin’s framework for deciding when it’s time to sell off investments - or buy more? 1:57:26: A time I most regret panic-selling an investment, why it happened then, and what I’ve learned since that decreases the likelihood of panic-selling as my go-to strategy now. 2:01:02: Understanding one’s own strengths and weaknesses, the luxury of being able to make occasional mistakes in the investment game when you hit home runs more often than you strike out, and how Kevin plays this game safer than it probably looks to an outside observer. 2:04:52: What is Kevin’s “20 percent ultra-risky” strategy, how did he invest when he didn’t have much to risk, and what happens when that 20 percent grows to 40 or even 90 percent? 2:09:20: On living well as the best revenge, becoming better at following my own advice over the past 10 years, and why letting an Internet troll starve is ultimately better for you and the troll. 2:15:24: How Kevin applies Michael Singer’s quote to “serve the moment” to his own circumstances. 2:16:44: Final thoughts.

Colossians 2:8-10 Amplified Bible (AMP) 8 See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception [pseudo-intellectual babble], according to the tradition [and musings] of mere men, following the elementary principles of this world, rather than following [the truth-the teachings of] Christ. 9 For in Him all the fullness of Deity (the Godhead) dwells in bodily form [completely expressing the divine essence of God]. 10 And in Him you have been made complete [achieving spiritual stature through Christ], and He is the head over all rule and authority [of every angelic and earthly power]. “From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 4:17). Jesus is coming soon “And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.” (Revelation 22:12) and He loves you “In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him” (1 John 4:9) “Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things” (1 Corinthians 13:4-7). “Then Peter said unto them, Repent (turn from sin), and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost" (Acts 2:38). "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" (Rom 3:23). "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Rom 6:23). “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1:1). “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth” (John 1:14). “Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:” (Colossians 1:15). ”For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16). "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). "Him hath God exalted with his right hand [to be] a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins" (Acts 5:31). Jesus is God and the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus said, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen” (Matthew 28:19-20). and everyone was baptized in the name of Jesus in the book of Acts when they believed in the gospel and repented because Jesus has the titles of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. “When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus” (Acts 19:5). Speaking tongues is evidence of receiving the Holy Spirit, “And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance” (Acts 2:4). “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God” (John 3:5). Jesus said, “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” (Mark 16:16-18) and “If ye love me, keep my commandments” (John 14:15). Heaven is an eternal relationship with God while hell is an eternal separation from God! “Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city” (Revelation 22:14). Please, repent, believe in the gospel, get baptized, receive the Holy Spirit and obey Jesus! You're not guaranteed tomorrow! Jesus is coming soon! I love you all and God bless you all, in Jesus's name, amen, read the Bible and learn the supernatural Christian life of a disciple of Jesus tlrmovie.com “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away “ (Revelation 21:1-4 KJV.)

And you waste your life commenting on them. Time actually donated millions of dollars to charity. What have you done to help the world around you?

@@Brian-vk1hm Yes, that's called virtue signaling. Some of us donate and do other good deeds to make the world better, and don't feel the need to tell anyone about it. If you're doing it for the right reasons, there's no need for anyone else to know.
