We broke up about 5 months ago. 1 month after the break up we bumped into each other at the club. We hugged, I asked her how she was and then turned to my friends, while she waited for something more. I have been a lot better 2-3 months after the break up but now I am so anxious and I overthink a lot of stuff again,going down this spiral. I am trying so hard to let go and move on but I don't know the reason I can't. I love her and miss her so freaking much.

I've been in no contact with my ex since may. I've had a few girls in rotation since then. She just made a bumble account and liked me on there. So I liked back this morning. She hasn't reached out, but she just extended her time to reach out for another 24 hrs. So now she has 39 hrs to reach out. What do I do? Hold strong? Or break and say something to her? I figure if she dosent contact me by the end of the extension then I could playfully text her a couple days after. Oh and of course her freaking main profile pic is a picture we took together with me cropped out of it.

My ex reached out yesterday 2 hours after i fell asleep. Woke up at 2 in the night and texted her back. She asked if she should wash my hoodies and pack my computer (that i gave to her) in a box for when i was going to come and get my stuff (in about 2 months because i broke my leg 4 hours after our breakup😅). We had been in no contact for 3 to 4 weeks. I kept it light and funny. She asked me how i was and how my leg was (which she didn’t even respond to when i told her i had broken my leg and couldn’t come get my stuff). Conversation died 3 houes ago because i did not carry and did not ask how she was. Going back into no contact now until she reaches out again. I can not set up a date either because we live 5 hours apart but i will move to her city once my leg has healed for work.

I became anxious and texted him the day after the breakup, and called him. No answer. I told him how much ghosting hurts me when we first met and now here he is, doing it to me. Idk what to do. I want to text him again because I’m fearful he’ll never respond to me since he just straight ghosted me. 😢

Could you guys do some videos on addiction, please? I think this would be appreciated by many since many of us trust you and your knowledge, a lot! I‘ve tried so many things to get rid of my addictions (currently working on the Knowledge Elite Series to better myself), plus I‘ve been back to therapy but those feelings are still overwhelming and I can‘t seem to get past them.. I don‘t know what to do… I‘m usually VERY disciplined but when it comes to my addictions (e.g. food, since I‘m suffering from BED) I‘m weak.. it affects my whole life and my relationships..
