My brother hit a dynamite cap when young and he lost an eye. I never knew it until he was older. He was napping on the sofa and i asked my mom why his one eye was opened, just a little. When he got in his late 70s he had to go to a specialist for his good eye so that they could keep it healthy. Happy to hear he is cancer free.

My parents and I were good for 50 yrs. Both my Parents are in Heaven. The last time I went to this church was with my mom, 2016. It'll be nice to see the families. It started as a German Church. Little kids are amazing!! Timmy is reminding me of my grandson. He was born severely club footed. Was in casts at 17 days old. Had years of braces, multiple surgeries but never let it get him down. Our whole family has grown so much just witnessing his ability to cope. Will pray little Timmy remains cancer free. Happy Easter!

Praise God!!! That is such good news!!! My dad had an eye removed when I was a teenager. He was fitted with the clear protective insert like Timmy until all the tissues were healed. His prosthetic eye looked so natural once he was fitted! Sometimes when looking at my dad I had to remind myself which eye was the prosthetic eye. Timmy sounds absolutely adorable! I’m glad he got to come visit Mr. Ken and Kaia. The resilience of children is amazing sometimes. I’m keeping Dan and his family in my prayers. I’m rejoicing for the good news that he is cancer free. I had a kidney removed in 2019, and they got all of my cancer with clear margins, too. I didn’t have to go through any chemotherapy or radiation treatments, thank God.
