Chips (fries) are pretty common for British breakfasts. The red stuff is just canned tomatoes, pretty common as well. Those or grilled/broiled tomatoes cut in half

Adam eats stuff he hates ONLY on challenges cuz you sorta gotta. Top hated/disliked foods: Mushrooms Chips (he likes onion rings tho) Brussels sprouts Super Spicy stuff I think that's about it. Hey Tim, I really enjoy the Beard content. Been watching him for a while. You should try Joel Hansen for some food challenge videos. I don't think he's as funny as beard, but he may be a better challenge eater. Some of the stuff he does is crazy.
