A FORMER ‘Tinder gran’ has vowed to ditch the hook-up app and find her one true love. At 83-years-old, Hattie ‘Retroage’, from New York, is no stranger to dating. The mother of two, and grandmother of three, divorced in her 50s and has spent nearly 30 years on the dating scene - but as she’s got older, the men she dates have got younger. After her initial success on Tinder, Hattie has decided to ditch the hook-up app in the hope she will meet someone more long-term - though he still needs to be at least 20 years younger than her.

The wall is mainly based on women’s diminished physical attractiveness and fertility as they age. That lowers her ability to attract and lockdown “THE HIGH QUALITY MAN” that she wants. I adore her. I adore her spirit. I adore her never giving up on love. Legit this is me. I’ve been hurt and heartbroken so many times. I’ve been on tinder and hinge and now bumble and it’s true, most guys are not on there for real connection. It’s a way to pass time. A way to match with someone who is attractive and go with that. I’ve experienced hundreds of men dating wise and say none have ever been the one. How many more times do I have to keep putting myself through this??! Your prime years as a woman are in your twenties, the thirties are still okayish and after that it drops off harshly.
