good advice. I would also highly recommend these tips mentioned in the video, I've had all-day tinitus for just over 3 year's after a middle ear infection which included h for the first few months... I've definitely seen an improvement as in the noise will be lower if: I have my first meal around 2pm, which is usually a bowl of salad with a load of healthy fats etc... Plus adding in exercise for about 20mins every other day or when I can fit it in.... Eating healthy definitely improved my mental health as well as my physical health.... Going to sleep by 10 ish, having a regular sleep routine, give and take here and there..... I'm now thinking more about the foods I eat and want to switch to more organic fruits and vegetables to see if there is more of an improvement.... Stay strong ppl, don't give up, keep your self busy, it will get better.... don't give up

I think it's a brain problem.When I'm stressed it gets worse,when I'm relaxed it gets better.The best thing for me is to focus on something,like work or excercise and say fuck that T&H I'm still strong and I will outlive this horror...🎈 Thanx for your video's,they're uplifting!🎈

If I massage the area around my ear, sometimes T just goes away or significantly reduces for days or weeks. It always creeps back up in my right ear…it always works best to sleep on that right ear. GLTA.

TY for the vid, this information is very useful I had non bothersome tinnitus for 7 years, but last 3 months it turned real bothersome, impacting my sleep and concentration, so i'm quite new to bad tinnitus Water for breakfast till lunch is a very good idea, i already do that for 3 years, some guy from calisthenics workouts also does that Vitamins in suplements are ok, but any other things i don't advise, drugs and pills could do more harm then good Hiking, weigths (in home) and yoga helps me a lot The fight against tinnitus isn't a battle, must be smart, it's like acceptance and habituation, trying to ignore it You win by ignoring it and keep yourself healthy and balanced - thats my thoughts for now, being so new to bad tinnitus TC and TY for the vid, stay positive and strong

@@ryanstinnitus6530 when I Had my SSNHL, it was awful. The hyperacusis and diplacusis mixed with overwhelming vertigo and visual snow made me suicidal. I caught it early enough to get a high dose of Prednisone and eleviate the symptoms. Hearing returned to mostly normal. I was born 100% deaf in my other ear so losing my good ear was traumatizing. I pretty much Live in fear daily it will happen again and when my stress acts up (which is all the time) it makes me have migraines and hearing issues which worsens the tinnitus and gives a slight robotic tinge to voices, which just worsens the cycle

@@ryanstinnitus6530 yeah I found out by accident it worked for me after 10 years of bullshit T. I was having trouble sleeping because I’m always thinking about my job, employee’s, customers. So I went in to see my doctor for sleeping pills. I told him about my stress and I was having trouble falling asleep so I though he was subscribing me sleeping pills and after about 3-5 days of taking 10 mg of generic lexapro my T of 10 years dropped about 75%
@americanleisurepools6431
@americanleisurepools6431 2 жыл бұрын
Also my T would fluctuate from a 3-7 on a scale from 1-10 depending on stress level. For some reason I noticed I would get a T jump apr 24hrs after a stressful day. Maybe because it’s delayed because of a cortisol spike, not sure

@@americanleisurepools6431 thats really great. I often wonder if thats the case with cortisol as well. My T is blasting right now but i was travelling and you know how stressful that is. @@ryanstinnitus6530 if your T fluctuates with stress, anxiety, animosity 24 hrs after one of these feelings, then there’s a good chance lexapro can relax the central nervous system. The only bad side effect I notice from lexapro was low libido
