Just saw this video, omg i can relate, i had tinnitus and exactly same diagnosis. i hated life, and seeing others enjoy life made me try to find cure. Its gone now and when i see Ryan i can tell you can cure it

MD isn’t really a “disease” it’s a series of symptoms. Address the specific symptoms and you will find most people resolve the worst of the problems. Nerve damage is best treated with a hearing aid one or both ears. It washes out the tinnitus and will resolve that “fullness” sensation. Also hearing aids stimulate the nerve and in many cases people actually improve their hearing over some frequencies. A low inflammation diet seems to dramatically improve symptoms. Low sugar low salt.

Hi Ryan, my Hyperacusis experience is the same as yours. I faced it head on and tortured myself with cutlery, dishes etc and after 10 months It improved. I've still got it but it's better. Try not to fear it or be startled. Each day if different. Yes kids are the worst (sounds). Light switches caused me pain too.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Age 42 I developed it during severe stress and trauma on 29th March 2023. 1.3 years now with Tinnitus and Hyperacusis sound sensitivity. No hearing loss or near perfect hearing upto 8000hz. Blood pressure okay. The fridge, freezer, cistern, all somehow exacerbate it. Quiet rooms are horrid. Some days I'm suicidal. Others i can ignore it. Alcohol/beer helps. Sound therapy at nights. What sound therapy do you use? I don't play loud music. Paranoid it'll get worse or something. The Hyperacusis is also evil. Cutlery sounds etc. Thanks

It's an alien implant. That's what I've concluded at this point. It doesn't matter how valid my theory is, because it's just as valid as anything these worthless doctors have come up with. So I'm satisfied with alien implant until a better theory presents itself.

Hey Ryan I got into a really bad acute acoustic trauma 12-01-2023. Shot around 700 rounds without ear protection. Instantly lost hearing and had very loud tinnitus. I have noise sensitivity and I feel like I get dizzy sometimes. I’m 6 months in. I think I’ll be like this forever???? I think maybe I have manieres disease too

My T started 3 1/2 years ago now. I started with vertigo and they thought i had Meniere's initially. I understand the violent vertigo and nystagmus ( eye movements) id have residual dizziness afternoon. My vertigo went after 3 months so they think its more a neuritis ( virus attack vestibular nerve) . Ive been doing low dose ketamine and having the effects like you with my depression and t a little better.

Thank you for posting an update Ryan. Having noise induced Tinnitus brings lots of guilt and depression, especially after making it worse by continuing to live my previous lifestyle. Took too long to realize the seriousness and accept it. You are right, when i go outside/spend time with my kids i cope with it a lot better. Hopefully the Susan Shore Device brings some relief.

I have had 3 bouts with whatever this is. I was ill with some kind of bad cold last week. Then, like you, I knew this was coming. I had fullness with slight hearing loss in the left ear. Over the past couple days I have been slowly developing diplacusis disharmonic again. It doesn't seem AS bad as the first two times, but it could also still be progressing. I'm taking prednisone right now, not sure if it helped or not the last couple times. Both of the times before this that I had it it corrected in about a week or so. Hoping this also heals. Not sure how I could deal with having this permanently.

I got hyperacusis after recovering from having fluid in my ears. It’s very frustrating some sounds affect me more than others. Lately the sound I’m hearing the most is like a low hum, but it’s worse when I’m in my house or a building. Then it triggers anxiety, and it’s been a rough couple of months. I guess I’m just in the expectance phase. I feel bad for my husband he tries so hard to understand. I have faith that once I get my body out of the hyper stimulated state from the anxiety this has caused things will get better. Thank you for sharing your story.

I really appreciate you sharing. I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I’m going to make another video update soon. Stick with it keep your chin up. Things do get better. Of course there will be bad days and good days. It’s just the nature of it. Don’t be afraid of noise but protect your ears accordingly. Stay away from inflammatory food.

Hi Ryan, so the HBTO didn't really help. I wouldn't suggest it unless you have the cash to spend. BUT my tinnitus is definitely settling with time. There's some nights where it's almost silent now. I found what helped was trying to sleep with as little noise possible. I seem to have reactive tinnitus (which is temporary) - This is combined with hyperacusis. So when I have a loud day my tinnitus seems worse, and on chilled days my tinnitus isnt as loud. It's been around almost a year through recovery. Studies suggest it might take 2 for everything to settle. They say once with hyperacusis goes away the tinnitus will also subside. I went for an OAE test and hair cells seems normal. So luckily no inner ear hair cell damage. How are you holding up dude? Will keep you updated

Anyone else have a problem with seeing after images after getting tinnitus? If im reading black bold text and look away ill see a negative image of the text. Vertical lines are also a big trigger when i look away. Any words that appear on Tv ill see the words on the wall if i move my eyes. Been to the eye doctor already and everything was fine. Cant find much info about this condition.

Have you looked in to the upper cervical causes of your T? I took mine from a 5 or a 6 to usually a 0 to a 2 at worst. As you are sitting i notice your lower neck is too far forward. Your shoulders are also folding in a bit and your neck structure looks rather straight. All of those things lead to your jugular being compressed and also the venous drainage system of your brain possibly being backed up. This puts pressure on the cerebellum and ears and can for some people causes T. If you have not been to a highly reviewed nucca, Blair or AO upper cervical chiropractor I highly recommend it, they need to do scans and or x rays to see if losing the curve in your neck and your forward head posture is placing waaay to much pressure on your jugular and drainage system. Also your c1 and c2 could possibly be rotated pinching the system, and mrv scan can show that best. mri have a hard time detecting that and doctors don't know what to look for. Posture exercises, neck curve traction and restorative exercises along with rotating my atlas and c2 in place is what stopped my T. I am convinced tinnitus is caused more from structure problems then direct ear issues and the ent doctors can only help the 30ish percent or so that have tinnitus from anxiety or hearing damage, the rest of us need to regain proper csf flowl spine alignment and remove tension from the neck. Good luck.

Hey mate, been following your channel for a while. If you have the morse code tinnitus along with visual snow and all this other bullshit. Please get yourself tested for Mycotoxins - CIRs (otherwise mold illness). I got all this from a concussion made worse by exposure to mold (this has been th e underlying cause of the neuro-inflammation). Sounds absolute quack shit but, but you can put yourself into remission with binders if you are confirmed for CIRs.

I want to share this video with the ENT I saw. This makes more sense to me why when he said I have low frequency hearing loss - but it is only when women talk at high pitches that I hear them at an even higher pitch in my bad ear. This started 2 weeks ago and he is saying "possible Mineires" because of the low frequency loss. But when I explain to him my only symptom is this weird sound of women and high pitched men in my left ear he looks confused as if I'm the first person to come to him for this problem. And BTW when I left his office after the hearing test now I have a new problem which is that fan like noise constant- always in that ear. Loudest in the morning. When I wake up.
@ryanstinnitus6530 Жыл бұрын
Ya I have that too. The fan noise goes down during the day? I relate that to inflammation as well. I get it bad due to salt and sugar or alcohol intake. Ents know almost zero knowledge. They are basically dumbest doctors of their class.
