nakita ko ulit ito. sakto lang talaga siya sa construction site within a city na palipat lipat pagkatapos ng project. once malayo na yung susunod na project gaya ng probinsiya o isla, talo na sa logistics at transportation, mas mura o mabuti bumuo na lang ng bago on site.

Di po yan matitibag ng lindol dahil matibay ang ganyan. Meron kami ganyan 7 yrs na buhay pa rin. Kahit bagyo di natitibag ang ganito.

Hindi kaya gibain yan ng lindol nde naman masyado naka dikit sa lupa ma displace lang at magugulo Yung loob. Problema lang baka maingay at pag malakas hangin like 280kph na bagyo gumigiba ng warehouse na concrete

It's just the basic for the price, it's the choice of the owner to upgrade the aesthetics to their own preferences once they've bought it, or maybe request the fabricators for customisation at an added cost.
