Tiny Puppy with Backward Legs Had Been Surrendered by His Breeder

Remember Little Phelps? He was surrendered by his breeder after no longer being able to take on his care. Phelps was born with backward legs. This is a deformity that some babies are born with causing their limbs to splay out and can be corrected as a very small baby if done properly.

A breeder???? OMG. Apparently there is a DEFECT and he should NOT be breeding because of it. Glad he at least had the decency to surrender the pup and not just discard it. Sick of breeders with NO conscience and there are many. Happy to see the progress. He is WORTH saving and loving.

I'd take him and love him till the end of time and spend whatever to make him better no animal or person deserves to be treated like that just cause they are different
