We did some more jumps with the 1/25 scale RC General Lee replica. The car certainly endured some hard hits. There were many crashes and flips but also some very life like jumps as well. Some great looking jumps in there! One thing that I learned from jumping my 1/10 General Lee was that just like on the show, I needed a ton of weight in the back to prevent it from jumping like a lawn dart. I ended up moving the full size 2S battery pack behind the rear wheels to get it to jump reasonably level. On yours though, I think something else is causing the nose dives. One thing that I see from your jumps is that the car seems to be pretty unpredictable in how it flies, and it really seems like the culprit is the undamped suspension. Right off the jump you can see the front wheels unload and bounce pretty violently, which seems to pull the front end down. On the jumps where the car flew more level, it seemed like those were the ones with less motion from the front suspension.

Pretty decent, but you made your ramp angle too steep. The approach to the ramp and the ramp itself should be relatively flat to each other or smoothly curved so it all flows together.

It look good apart from the front wheels flopping up and down. maybe front suspension is too soft?

I mean if you watch trophy truck jumps when they hit the lip with some serious speed it usually causes the suspension to bottom out which on rebound will push the nose up and make landing a little easier. If the rebound is violent enough the suspension will hit the bump stops and limit straps and cause some bouncing like that. Although I agree it was a little goofy lookin. Lol
