Thank you for linking this video from your Ravelry page! I've wondered for a long time how to make little doll hangers, and you have given me a great idea to do so. And, your bitty sweaters will clothe booze minis I will hang from the Christmas tree.

They're t-pins. You could use any other kind of sturdy pin or thumb tack, but I have tons of t-pins for blocking knitted items, so I use those.

Dimensions of the hanger please?

These are sized specifically to fit the free pattern linked in the description, but could be worked to any size. As is they are 1.75" (4.5cm) across and about 1.5" (3.5cm) tall.
