I just love how much joy this project brought him. You can tell he is so proud of his work, as he should be! It’s beautiful! He has such a great energy! I’m sure it carries over into the home!

I definetly agree also. I've never cared for A-frames much, they seem like alot of lost space. However, Nick changed my mind. His description of his thoughts, project, work all the way down to the treehouse pin really shows how much effort was put into this gem. Although I live all the way on the East coast, a stay here is definetly on my bucket list. I love this page! Thanks guys for a great, upbeat video. Nick, you have a beautiful family!

I have always dreamed of living in a treehouse. I love listening to rain, so living in a treehouse would be so awesome, wow.

What a stunner! How beautifully considered at every stage! I’ve watched a lot of Pete Nelson tree house stories and I’d say ‘the Nelson boys’ would be the #1 experts in the US and Canada for those all-important anchor points. What a splendid design, created with such passion. ❤️

Very nice and beautiful. Only thing I don't love is the loft ladder. Not a fan of spiral staircases . . . but I'd make an exception . . or anything other than a ladder.

This is so great! I always loved tree houses and this is just a whole other level. When I was little I think I must have been 6 or 7 I built my own treehouse as well, not comparable to yours of course, it was just me and the neighbor boy who was a year younger than myself. All we had was the materials from the forest. Wood and with some rope we made a three story treehouse in the forest behind our house, on a slope up the mountain. It was incredible. We made a swing as well and a sun terrace in the middle floor.. you could see the Valley when you were swinging and at night the deers would come out on a little grass opening. We even sneaked out some old mattresses from the attic of our house and carried them up the mountain and lifted them up onto the treehouse to be able to sleep there more comfortably 😇 It was so long ago but when watching this video the memories are all coming back. Of course it was not fancy, no electricity nothing, just made by kids in a very simple way. But I did spend the night there sometime on a weekend and it was especially beautiful when it was raining and you were sitting on the tree with the rain pouring down all around and the air feeling so fresh. You created yourself a little treasure. Enjoy it ☺️
