Great ideas Alicia. Regular check in with key stakeholders. Know your Executive's and company's priorities and key policies. Life long learning, have a career plan or clear direction, invest in yourself. If you are interested in a particular field, let your contacts know. It's not always about what you know rather who you know.

My exec schedules not just business meetings but personal care and socializing with her significant others. When we have blocks of personal time it's easy to over-relax, getting complacent by letting the time slip away without forethought. I want to be intentional about how I use my hours, whether working or not. Thank you for the videos! You are relatable, a skilled communicator without hype. With all the online noise I filter throughout the day, I appreciate level-headed help.
