1. Plan and prepare- budget, bills, and income, inspections of property, utility internet, gas, electricity, water 2. Inspect lots of properties - know your property, and gyms, know your location 3. Lots of Windows 🪟 and light 💡 4. Pre-book deliveries 5. Reach out to family and friends 6. Bring speakers 🔊 7. Look after yourself

Where did u stay while inspecting the houses? I and my boyfriend don't have any family and relatives in Brisbane and airbnbs and stays are expensive for our budget😑
