I absolutely love your method of explaining things. You made sure to speak in the difficulties you've heard others express, which means you are actually listening to the people who buy your product. I like that she isn't reading off of a screen/paper like the other lady did. She's real. All celebrities should be doing this if they created something like this. Also making the crafts themselves instead of having others do so.

Heidi, how about putting a piece of tape with a little non-stick tab on the rolls of foil that we lift easier?

Hi, I just purchased the Minc machine wanting to foil embossed design and noticed it will not, of course you just explained it, maybe you could think about that, some kind of ink I could pass over the embossed design and then apply the foil, It will not work for what I want but sooner of later I will use it thks anyway

So I put transfer gel on yupo paper, that had been inked, I put it in my misti machine to foil & it got stuck, any ideas how to get it out?

I just got my Minc and the transfer folder went in crooked and when I reversed it, the folder folded over and got stuck and I had to pull it out the back. 😬 It's a little tricky to line up the folder and have it go straight because there are no guides.

I found out that Mintt of the react only with laser toner, but she mentioned that what she used was ink jet printer, is this true?

no she said laser jet I think it was a slip and she just sent laser

tamara d, "laser inkjet" is a term used by Hewlett-Packard for this laser printer.

hello i have purchased this machine but i cant seem to get it to work, my question is i have a workforce 7620 printer is it because its not lazer! I've heard it only works with a lazer printer is that so?

I just purchased a Minc machine and could not get the lights to come on at all. I returned the machine and got another and the same thing happened. I hit the gold button and nothing happened. No lights or anything. What am I doing wrong?

She says " or you can print your own on a laser jet printer" Time 8:36 Can someone PLEASE help me! Is she talking about the paper? Why I wonder is because I make lettering in photoshop and wonder if I can just print the text out so its written with the ink from the printer and the use it for the MINC machine to foil it, Is it possible? I really need help with this.

There are different types of printers if you have an INK JET you will not be able to foil anything, it needs to be TONER ink which comes from a LASER JET printer. Either you have one or you take it to a store to be printed with toner ink on a laser jet. You can totally print from your photoshop but needs to be the correct printer.

You can only use toner reactive foil to a toner inks on your paper coming from LASER PRINTERS ONLY. I hope it help

I.dont understand you have tags. How does the gold know to adhere to the floral on the tag?

I absolutely cannot get the tape off the foil roll when opening the roll. That is wasteful. Other than that I love my Minc. Maybe I could use a different brand of foil.

I don't have a Minc machine. I have a laminator, which is not the thing for this technique. So the Minc is on my wish list (Tuesday Morning??). But it worries me all the questions Ms. Swapp receives. Like, REALLY people??? Does no one read their instructions in this day and age? I would have thought better of we women! Now men, as in not asking for directions? That's understandable! Ha.
