Place cardstock piece of paper on top of a mouse pad&then stamp.Sometimes you need a foam cushion underneath before you stamp.

Hi. I honestly never heard of this machine before. Thanks for the video. I learned a lot and glad you did demo this machine. I’m not sure if I would ever purchase one but now I understand what this is and how it is used. You have an amazing sweet soul and are a very giving person of your time and energies. I adore my Minc machine ...I did try the toner pen and toner ink and those were a total bust. For foiling my stamps , I scan them and print them out with my mono laser printer then foil . 💕

I have the mini Minc machine and love it. Don’t waste your time with the toner pen or ink pad. Use a laser printer to print sentiments to use or buy preprinted sheets with sentiments or backgrounds. You’ll be much happier.

Hi Deanna. There is a video that Tim Holtz and Heidi Swapp did where the toner ink was used without the ink pad by using a brayer. I’d recommend watching the tutorial. That is the only method I use my stamps with the toner ink. They stamp and foil beautifully. I refuse to buy and use the ink pad. Lots are disappointed with it. Either way its is a process and takes practice. The video tutorials were very helpfully for me. You need to clean the stamps with a baby wipe (that’s what I use) right away before the ink dries on the stamp or it won’t come off. Also, you want the ink to be “tacky” before you stamp...I hope some of this helps. Keep us updated. 🌻

I bought the kit myself however I’ve been to ill to craft. Thank you for doing this video. It looks so messy n that ink won’t come out either. Thank you for bring honest.

I love my Minc it works great. BUT.... I have not had much luck with any thing other than the preprinted paper and the Duo Gel with stencils. I have not seen anyone that had good luck with the marker or the stamp pads. You might try several different kinds of papers

Maybe you could brayer it on to the stamp. Maybe you need to clean the stamp first before you use the stamp. Sometimes they have a film over them from the manufacturers. At the very least I would contact the company. Don't give up yet, you know Sometimes you have to keep practicing. I really do appreciate you taking the time to share with us all of the problems you experienced with the products. Thfs

Get yourself some of the WOW bonding powder or Ranger sticky embossing powder, use your versemark with it just like regular embossing powder, doesn't take as long to heat up but it stays sticky and you can use the foils with that. I have the minc too and It is now in a closet, don't use it at all.

Maybe try to use the toner with a brush? And write the words? And try to return the products, even to the Minc comp. anyway thank you for showing us this stuff! 💝🌻

Thank you for testing this for us. I was kind of skeptical of the toner ink. Would you mind sharing where you purchased your machine from? I know a couple of years ago I went to Staples and had them to run me off some just cardstock with toner on it. I was going to foil it and use it with dies. But, never even tried it, so don't even know how that works. Thanks again for doing this for us. Have a great day.

Did you try using an emery board on your stamps before you use it? I have to do mine once in awhile to get a clear stamp. You may have to play around to see what you need to do. :)

Did you try glossy paper? Try that kind of Paper.

It’s not you. Check out Nancy Stamps KZfaq channel. She does so much with the minc and foiling. I found her to be very helpful!

Contact them. They might give you a new pen. My Brother. Scan n Cut had bad pens and they sent me new pens. And it was several months later.

It’s me no doubt? but I’m not following this? Never seen this machine and I am not buying one ! Much prefer Deanna when she is showing her craft making ! This is just boring ?? Too many new types of machines ? I am not sure why she is promoting something that seems just a pain ? And doesn’t look like she is familiar of confident using it !!! I still cannot figure out what it does ? I must be dumb but so far I don’t see the need for this ! Disappointed she feels she needs to promote it !!
