Всё хорошо, но очень трудоемкий процесс. Проще грибок вставить соответствующего размера на клей посадить. И корд трогать нельзя, вся работа на смарку. Грибок снаружи и изнутри обработать, и будет тебе счастье. Проверено на практике.

That's lot of tools, equipment, time and skill to fix a puncture. If the tyre us brand new and you have a puncture, this may be worth. Otherwise ?

Well, she worked very hard and did a good job patching a large tire. 1. Tire is unsafe (semi tire?) Dangerous 2. She needs some PE, none seen. 3. Ether mount unsafe, change air after. 4. They pay her US equivalent $20/dy

Your process is OK. Only the damage size does not require such big patch repair. This big patch properly can handle a cut of over 1 inch. For nail or screw bolt damages, depending on the diameter of the hole, probably a "mashroom" plug is enough. It can tackle a hole up to 6mm. To demonstrate such a big patch depair, use a cut of corresponding size will make the demo a nice one for the learners.

I've been at the shop and this is not what you are going to get unless you personally know them. Typically you get a plug and patch which is the best best way for me. I did hundreds of miles on gravel road

Непонятно зачем столько бессмысленной работы. После такого ремонта покрышку надо выбрасывать, поскольку корду каюк. Всего и надо было дырку залить самовулканизирующимся клеем, а изнутри наложить заплатку.

A thing called a plug would have worked and if the plug didn't work then the tire should have been thrown away because cutting into it like that is weakening the tire and could cause a big problem to whoever was dumb enough to re use it

She needs to wear protective glasses. I thought you were not supposed to make the whole thing bigger??? Putting that rubber tape to cover that whole she made is useless..She is not patching a quilt but a heavy duty tire under great pressure. It will not last.

Well as you cut them metal cords inside you weakened the whole tire overall it should be throwing away scrapped it would be no good not save to use again
