Ingredients
Besan ( Kadalai Mavu) 1 cup heaped
Rice flour 1 tbl sp
Jaggery 1 cup flattened ( thalai thatti)
Sugar 1 and half tbl sp
salt 1 pinch
oil for deep fry
mix the besan and rice flour and salt add 1 tbl sp hot oil and mix well then make a batter with adding hot water (not boild ) then make thick seve( finger sized) directly in hot oil fry them and allow it to cool for 40 minutes then make pahu( sugar syrup) with jaggery and sugar the sugar syrup consistency is hard ball consistency then switch off the stove add the seve and mix well up to cover the seve fully with sugar syrup the Manoharam is ready to use store it in the air tight container
