Oh man, what a slog. Very entertaining game! Insane how Egypt just never managed to get rid of that red flanking base in the corner. Just how many siege towers and heliopoli were built (and destroyed) in this game?

Hades needs a nerf maybe? A 4 to 2 tc hold should not be possible. However, there was much more going on here so I am not sure.

Magic played terrible honestly. Man was trynna be too clever. Just taking out the forward base and the titan would have won him the game simply

Why not elephants instead of mercenaries? Are they too slow besides the population cost?

The Hades player did many wrong decisions I think. I don't know why he didn't target down the towers with his Gastraphetes.. they'd take 2-3 volleys per tower and eliminate much of the defender's killing power. Instead he just kept suiciding them... The towers paid dividents big time here! Also Hades' towers should have been used a lot more, their attack and hitpoints are insanely buffed by Hades, and would have been worth a lot, maybe more than the Toxotes even, since the fighting was happening mostly around the same spot, and could protect those crossbowmen. He had a much better market route as well, it seems. I think Gastraphetes would be able to sige the heck out of the middle part if only they chose targets better. I understand it must've been the pressure of the hectic game such as this, causing one to make mistakes, and handling pressure with a cool head is ideed another important trait to have in order to win :D
