Excellent post up, thank you for the valued commentary and sensible opinions. I have 1 Tisas in 45 that runs solid so far......have had this pistol on my watch list.

I have one in 45 acp and love it, no issues with mine. Love the look of the grip panel, I almost bought the same one and think that one is a lot better than the factory slick grip panel. I haven't had any failures with mine and use Wilson Combat, Kimber, & Mec-Gar mags. No changes other than adding new VZ grips

Just a note, fir the $ I could not buy a better full house 1911. it appears to me from my old.memory that it's a series 70 based pistol, so you older guys out there will love this pistol

Just popped up in my feed. Tisas provides Excellent Customer Service. The 9mm 10 rd mags are either MecGar or patterned after them. I had to send an Aviator in 9mm back. They do what they say they will do. Also received a 45 mag too. They sent me the correct new one. The thumb safety is Tisas trademark of factory slap it together. I replaced with a Wilson BP and replaced the plunger spring and detents. Much better. How is the slide to frame and Barrel fit? Any movement?
@9mmslinger92910 күн бұрын
@@lenholt7419 it’s fit surprisingly well. It’s def a great build for the money and I have no worries trusting it

SUBSCRIBED! Man gun companies are so Quer for only wanting to work with big time Tubers like. They expect us to support them without them supporting us is KRAZY 😂😂😂😂

Hey Guy..how about doing some videos on the guide rod install and where, when, and how much the extras are. The full length rod and extended slide lock, and the grip panels etc. I have not been a 1911 guy for years. forgot almost everything. Thinking about a adjustable trigger as well. Mayne you can list the vendors. btw. mine runs all ammo good even Reman. from Freedom munitions etc. the Tisas DS with the threaded barrel is a great value as it is. but a few things could be changed out that I agree with you. so keep somw videos coming on how to etc. and where to get parts. thanks for your effort..
@SOSdoorgunner6923 күн бұрын
also I forgot to ask about alternate trigger and mag longer or smoother mag release

The parts you found for yours are for single stack or can work on double stack?
@jamesbroughton78704 ай бұрын
That’s really good information. I love the Lok Grips also. Is it against KZfaq rules to put a link to the single piece guide rod or the springs that major safety so much more positive?
I’m thinking about grabbing the 10mm version. I don’t have any 1911s and havent grabbed anything new since like 2018 😆

It's very good, I have a sample size of 5 10mm nightstalkers and they're all reliable.

Here’s the real question after all do you recommend carrying it for ccw and trust it with your life.
@9mmslinger9296 ай бұрын
So far it’s now showing to be very reliable thus far but I plan on running different holopoint loads and bullets. Will report back on it but very promising. As for carry this is not something I personally would carry due to size but they do make some carry specific models.

Looking good bro! Did you have to change the screws on the grips? I tried the factory screws on my nighthawk grips and they didn’t work. 😢 if so can you share the size screws thanks man keep up the good work

Just for anybody who might have the same problems I had, my nightstalker in 9mm came with an extractor and ejector for 45acp. Once i change the appropriate parts, it works great. Among the problems i had were failure to extract about every 5 rounds, and empty cases in my forehead.
