I totally agree with Serena and Sharon dont let these folks stress you,do you,do what's right for Tish and what makes you complete and happy.When I went back to eating meat after 20 years of being vegetarian/vegan I was satiated whereas with just vegetables and grains it was constant hunger so with that being said continue to share your healthy recipes especially the ones with meat and fish🤗🥰

I love that you talked about the mental/emotional benefit of not limiting yourself to one particular diet. That has always been my number one reason why I don’t eat by any strict dietary guidelines. I don’t want to start thinking foods are “bad” or that I am limited to one way of eating. Freedom is best!! Thank you for sharing!

One week I'm vegan, the next I'm not. I listen to my body. When I crave veggies, I have a vegan week. When I don't I eat meat. Example, I'm craving veggies and love your recipes. I'm doing the sweet potato toast for dinner and your corn and sundried tomatoes for lunch. But guess what? I'm adding shrimp to them. I can see your concern but don't worry. You cook so well I'll always be here!!!!!!!❣️

Right now, I'm traveling the world for a year and I just wish I could how to have the same cooking approach as you while I travel. It's so sad that someone (especially someone who clearly knows what they're talking about, nutritionally) should have to explain their food choices TWICE to a following because modern people think it's OK to shame others over what they eat. Everyone should just be doing what works for them and not judging others for their choices. Food is ultimately like a medicine, and you need to treat your body and mind with what works for you personally, not what other people dictate. Really glad you chose to stay honest and share what you eat instead of pretending for the sake of the snowflakes.

I could careless what you eat. You are a awesome beautiful person. There are so many who are plantbased and still not healthy. Its important to study vitamin and minerals like K2, VitaminD3, Viatmin B, flax oil, Amla powder for vitamin C, etc. Ancestral supplements are great. Dong quai and Shepard purse together with ginger tea is great for period pain. Add some spray magnesuim and you're great. It from low iron as well.

Thank you for sharing your journey. I took had some health issues that required B12/Vitamin D. When I took my tests with my doctor, he suggested eating organic meats. I kind of give him the side-eye at first but after reviewing your videos (including your last one on why you no longer eat a fully-plant-based food) I realize that I too needed to be in tune with my body. People should worry about what works for them. If people focused more on themselves and just being better people spiritually and emotionally the world would be a better place. Too many people are so superficial and egotistical that they get high off of judging others and if they turn that same attention on themselves they would not have time to focus on others.
