The fact that this is the same woman who voices Anna Henrietta in Blood and Wine is just amazing. She's one hell of an actress

I do believe that MyAnna's performance is what gave Tissaia the complexity we love in the series. Props to her. She got all these small details about the character and filled them with emotion. She could be just bossy, but there's so much more to her acting, I find it amazing every time I watch her.

In the book Blood of Elves that was Philippa Eilhart’s line. But it fits Tissaia very well in this scene.

She d’boss! Demonstrating magic, interrogating her prisoner, smoking that long pipe at her desk, fighting as a battle mage with the army in the forest. Tissaia looks the part of experienced boss magic user to the full. Props to MyAnna for her acting chops.

Omg the way she dug into his head and talked about how the capacity of pain is greater than he could imagine almost as if she is talking from a place of equal parts cruelty and experience. Clearly she has been through such great pain like that before for her to know how damaging it is

The Warlock was shooketh. Her spell did exactly what she wanted to do. She blasted him so hard that he understood if I get up she going to fight to kill no questions about.

I hated her character in Downton Abbey but in The Witcher series she really rocks💪 That role suits the actress so much more it's great😁 Can't wait to see what she'll bring in season 3😋

"Power" isn't always the best factor for a comparison. Tissaia has a lot more knowledge than many of the mages of the continent, but in terms of raw power its hard to say.

its not really magic, she just simple use her Chaos to effect on his brain, make it feel as much pain as she want him to feel, while the body remain untouched the pain is just unbearable to the point the victim may die or become completely stupid from brain malfunction.
