Gonna give you the best advice anybody will give you ever relating to 40k: DO NOT buy GW miniatures, every day that goes by it's a worse proposition to start spending money on those bloodsuckers. @@atracura9554 And where did you get the notion that my intent is to support the franchise? Oh and BTW? The argument that GW will close shop because of 3D printing is VERY old and VERY wrong. Don't take my word for it, go and do a minimum of research and you'll see.
@Witchlord2 жыл бұрын
@@atracura9554 They may close just due to the stupidity of those running the company. They completely fucked over all the people on youtube that created fan fiction, they charge egregiously high prices for their product, and from what ive heard from people that worked there, they dont exactly treat their employees very well. Add to that the insane amounts of rule supplements you have to by to be able to play in tournaments, it seems like they are just asking to get fucked over. They wont even allow game producers to license the ultramarines unless they are certain the game will sell well. GW is the perfect model of "we are going to control so much of our IP we are going to shoot ourselves in the foot with an overpowered plasma pistol." I had high hopes that a movie would get made, but now I dont want it since the way GW operates will make it a steaming pile of shit. I still buy their stuff because i dont believe in stealing, but I also have a lot of ideas about how i want my army to look so when I get a 3d printer I will certainly mix a lot of my custom ideas into my battle force.

You should add a whole bunch of servo skulls and repair drones like the two in the T-shirt Art you showed. Ideally the drones would out number the rest of the workers. As a vehicle that big, something will always be under repair. I served on a aircraft carrier and as the larges war vehicle in our world, we were constantly fixing stuff, calibrating and doing maintenance. I think it would help bring it a live.

Very new to your channel and very interested to see this project progress and ultimately finish. Most interesting bit is when your superimposed the blown up miniature image over the hotel. Really hits home how much GW has shrunk titans so they can make big bucks selling to scale ones playable in 40k. I remember in the Forges of Mars trilogy which isn't that old, there is a scene describing how a company of infantry can fire from the battlements of a Warlord and two Thunderhawks can land on its shoulders. Which looks like about what the roof of your hotel can accommodate. I love how even official artwork still has Imperators absolutely, ridiculously huge practically poking through the cloud layer with a whole downtown on their shoulders, when the current scale has them as big as Warlords used to be. Also, really cool to see the interior detail of FW titans. Their website has some photos, but you showed a lot more (had no idea the ceiling servitor was a thing!).
