For those of you wondering what they were arguing about, apparently Tito is currently signed with Geico car insurance and was telling Matt how he saved a bunch of money by switching to it. In a fury, Matt got up from his seat and told him he does have those kinds of rates because he is signed with All State and proceeded to tell Tito that he was not in good hands...

He was saying that Tito is irrelevant, to which Tito responded saying "who the *expletive* are you? Tito of course defended that remark by saying he was a pioneer for the UFC and a former UFC champion and also told Morion that he only had 5 fights against "nobody's". Morion said he knocked all of them out and he'd knock Tito out too, and that's where you can see in the video Tito telling Morion to get out of his space, taunting Morion I guess, and then Morion invading Tito's imaginary space.

According to fightlinker here is what Mitrione said to Ortiz: - “Well then I guess we’re about to scrap then. I’m not the one who’s getting aggressive. You’re the one that’s getting aggressive. @savemgs A small incident between Shamrock and Ortiz took place prior to the fight at the UFC 61 weigh-ins. After Shamrock weighed in at 206, Ortiz threw a fit, arguing that the fight contract was clear about the weight limit being 205. Nevada State rules, however, allow a fighter in a non-title match to go over the limit by one pound, so Shamrock's weight was not against the rules. Ironically, Ortiz proceeded to weigh in at 206.5 lbs. and had to drop the half-pound before weighing in again

When you train 3 times a day, 6-7 days a week, get your faced punched in, get your legs kicked, smash tires, become sore all week, do ice baths and massages, wake up Monday morning to repeat all that over again. Get punched and kicked, get choked out, do insane S&D programs x10 of your P90x bullshit, do kettlebells and sandbags, jumping on boxes and smashing tires with sledgehammers, running up hills with weights and logs. When you do all of that THEN YOU CAN TALK SHIT TO A FIGHTER.
