If you want to open up your own basketball gym, here are 7 lessons I learned from opening and running two gyms myself. Opening a basketball facility is not an easy process, running a gym and keeping it open and profitable is even more difficult. If you try to go into this process blind with little experience it can be very difficult. You gotta look at is as a chance to get better in other areas. Use that time to evaluate and come back working smarter. Study film, and do everything else in your power to still improve physically and mentally. It’s only short term and before you know it you’ll be back on the court so don’t waste the time

Yes a million questions! Im in the SF Bay Area and already coaching at teh school and AAU. I run clinics as well. Looking at opening a facility. What kind of flooring did you go with?
