This video featuring TK Kirkland discussing Black actors in Hollywood and the issue of fair pay was incredibly insightful. Kirkland’s perspective on the challenges and disparities faced by Black actors in the industry sheds light on an important issue. His candid comments about the need for equitable pay and opportunities highlight ongoing struggles within Hollywood. It’s crucial to have these conversations to push for change and ensure that all actors are compensated fairly for their work. This discussion is a valuable contribution to the dialogue about diversity and equality in entertainment.

@@rolandalbert680 Tyler Perry understands his audience and produces content that resonates with them. While we criticize his work, we often overlook the fact that it’s what his audience demands. Many of us discuss rap beefs as if they’re the most import thing in our community. Yet how many of us have actually delved deeper into the theories Terrance Howard recently mentioned on Joe Rogan or explored the math and people he referenced in that interview? The they is us.

TK just talks..... and makes up stuff. He's always the hero in every story he tells. Tiraji was a new actress who doesn't draw and was a throw in actress in Benjamin button. She was not getting 5 or 7 million dollars back then. Yes, there is disparity and racism in hollywood, but they pay people on box office draw too. Denzel draws he gets paid. The minute Lionsgate, Warner Bros., MGM call with a three picture deal, this dude will go RUNNING to bust the studio gates down... It kills me how Ninja's all say something isn't for "blacks" because they DON'T have the wherewithal, know-how, or personality to make it happen for them.... A lot before him have made it. Have they sold out or done immoral things to get there... I'm more than sure some have. BUT SO HAVE THE WHITE COUNTERPARTS!!! That casting couch is a real thing... Been around for a LONG time... So don't say it's NOT for us because you are not willing to do what it takes to get there, or just NOT smart enough to get there. Or better yet, say you're not truly that talented to make it and you're not willing to take a seat on the "couch"... You'll be better respected for that.

But, Denzel and Samuel has RAW talent. For years they’ve been killing roles. Imagine Katt Williams playing any role Denzel or Samuel has ever played lol. Katt and these other mediocre guys aren’t big movie role guys. Then they blame Hollywood or call someone an industry plant as an excuse for there lack being diverse. Money Mike can’t play Denzel in equalizer lol.

Can Will Smith and Denzel Washington see the authentic light against the false light or is it their directors that carry the identification of what we the audience see that their PAID for to display? Is true light behind the stage or before the audience OR both? Such as a bible reader, the medium (Jesus) versus the characters that lived it (now) in the present (presence).

Hollywood respresents the wilderness of the soul and the journey through the dark night of the soul that leads to enlightment for the person the endorsers and its audiences. Therefore the wages of sin is death when your soul is redeemable by the unredeemed. Its an independent journey and because the audience is typically paid so much less in offerings for their light, whether hidden or seen, it makes it hard for Hollywood caste to have an open case among the people that won't be beaten unless the people are excluded. The gap in equal or merited wage/pay is so undervalued in wealth distribution in America due to the evil veil of capatilism that parallel offers with even the slime and skunks of the earth...makes wage equality deeper than an homeless arguement.

Once again yes we are under paid, and African African Actors are given the role. However, with Tarij and Benjamin Button the industry sees her as just a working actor. He quote (meaning how much she gets paid) is reflective of her last job and how much she got paid. If you sell box office tickets, if your streaming shows that you lead make money the your quotes are extremely high - for ref: Eddie Murphy by the late 90's had sold 7 Billion dollars in movie tickets across all his film up to that point. His quote starts at a multi-million dollar salary, not including any back-end deals from the gross or net sales
