You can sell all the pipes and installations with your gun. You can buy the pipes and installations at the bottom of your tablet by clicking the installations tab. It's not in the installations in the store.

There's a new update that allows you to remove and install new pipes, so if you want a bathtub instead of a shower you can do it.

Cherokee Smothergill I'm pretty sure all you have to do is sell the existing plumbing and buy new stuff from the shop. I'm not 100% on that but I think that's how it works.

What I would like to see you try to do is buy the house at the end of a normal episode. Showcase it within like the last two minutes of the episode. Take our suggestions from the comment section. Then try to put our comments into the game. I think that would be fun and you also won’t have to stress your voice doing a live stream.

Did you know that by using the "Gallery" tab on the tablet, you can choose any image from your hard disk and use it as a poster or picture to hang on the wall, you can also use the "camera" tab to take photos of the game and save your works on the disk, I'm really enjoying your House Flipper playthroughs by the way.

There was an update to where you can sell plumbing and mounts and buy new ones, the sauna stuff also came with that update. That's why you had never done a sauna before, it didn't exist until the update.

You should make the gaming room smaller on the living/kitchen side which will open up that area more and you should do the bathroom in a beach theme. Game room should b styled of of certain game colors

Trev When you enter ya tablet theres instalation option you can now sell bathroom instalations,radiator installation and air conditioning..You can install em whereever u want
