Fun comparison. I had a feeling this was going to be a landslide but I'm pro OX all the way. That includes combined mode. But still interesting to see just how these two compare.

13:35 great video as always! FYI the turret on the Zeta does move up and down. It’s kind of a pain though. You have to make sure to pull the barrel out all the way and then you can move it. I’ll warn you that it takes a LOT of pulling though!

I got lucky since I started collecting masterpiece figures late and didn’t have a Bruticus and saw the Zeta metallic with the diecast chest and absolutely love it. If I was going to get robot modes too though I would 100% get the MMC cause the Zeta don’t look great. If MMC would paint their figures like XTB and FT I would have way more in my collection because like this versus shows they make great figures. I really appreciate these versus cause you really do a great job! I can only imagine how much work goes in to each one.

Don't get rid of the members choice category. If someone has a problem with it, they don't have to factor it in. MMC has some of the best engineering, hands down. Unfortunately, I do not have any of the MMC Bruticus bots, but I went into the Zeta Toys set with my eyes open. Thanks foe the comparison Sony.

Those Zeta bots suck big time individually. I sold my Zeta Bruticon and got MMC Brut instead. Couldn't have been happier. Great comparison vid.

MMC knocked it out the park with the Combaticons...but that pricing, though...sweet mother of Obelisk, Osiris, and Ra, that's STILL the most expensive set!! And the G2 repaint is only slightly less ridonkalonkalously priced... which ain't sayin' much.

Gimmicks is a tie? Ocular is an all-in-one. He literally transforms in the combiner leg with foot without partsforming! Seems like a point to me!

I think there's one important score missing from your chart: *WEAPON STORAGE!* That's a key selling point on any figure for me. I've actually rebuffed figures like the Earthrise Datsuns because the Universe mold has better weapon storage. Will you consider adding this score to future comparison vids?

I think MMC could have improved the combined feet by simply having Probus's toes slide out into a detent position. That way their Bruticus would have longer feet for more stability. His feet should not be the same length as those of his individual leg bots. How difficult could it be to add a single locking slider to each leg bot foot? Maybe MMC will re-release their Combaticons in a premium finish someday, too? That is a LOT of unpainted, butt-nekkid plastic for $115.

This may be an unpopular opinion but I think the lack of metallic paint actually works in favour of MMC. It's a tank. It shouldn't stand out.

I have the Ocular Max figure. I purchased it for the aesthetics, but I'm disappointed with the toy. I have the Ox Swindle, too, so I suppose I'm committed to buying the set. C'est la vie!
