Really nice! for 1131 sq. ft. I especially like the compact space given to the dining room area and the large space for the laundry.

I love this house. It ticks all my boxes. I will have this built for myself without hesitation. I am truly in love with this house. The side porch I would have screened in for all season use.

What a lovely house! It has it all; welcoming and useful front porch, an entry with storage and clutter control, smart dining solution, a "living porch", great storage in kitchen, desk area for business to out of the way (that's just what I would put where the table past entry is), laundry room with sink, good storage and outdoor access, and a garage. Perfect! I really like the closet designs that look like cabnetry rather than the traditional style that is difficult to access. Superb!

Great layout, love the front entrance area. Most of those cabin designs you walk right into a living room, this one is perfect. I would make the side deck longer with a Hot Tub and double sized garage, this one is too small. Definately my favorite lay out I've seen.

A great entry to a warm, rustic house! I would have it built without the fireplace, and in the kitchen I'd have a few more upper cabinets, though there is a potential pantry closet and added storage in the laundry room. Overall, the place checks most of my boxes and avoids awkward features. Nicely done!

This is my favorite layout. I would have an open concept by eliminating the wall between the entry and living room. I would love for the side deck made into a four-seasons room and add a microwave above the countertop to the right of the refrigerator or above the stove by eliminating the hood. Needs a spot for a TV. Otherwise perfect for me! A future project could be to connect the front porch, four-season deck and back porch with a wrap around deck.

Beautiful!! I so wish the area I live in would develop a subdivision for seniors with smaller homes like the ones on your website. This town in caters to the mansions and townhouses for the executive-types. Seniors like simple but pretty homes on one level.

👍👍👏✅💯😎😍 love the whole design. Has great curb appeal.Plenty of natural light.No long hallways.Kitchen has space at sink for open shelves. Would put a confection microwave to replace range hood. Love you made the fireplace double for living room and screen porch. The garage has plenty of space for more storage. Great job 🎉 !

I like the general layout and exterior, however I find all the paneling, paneled roof as well as beams to be too much. I feel it drops the ceiling height, feels claustrophobic, and rather boring with no change of texture or colour. I understand the reasoning, but not to my taste. Thank you for not including a TV.

Expanding the garage into a two car garage would create space to add a guest bathroom off the living room and a pantry beside the kitchen. The two small bathrooms in the hall could be made into one large bathroom in the hall, instead, and that could have also provided additional closet space for the master bedroom. Furthermore, the actual bedrooms don't have any space for things like cabinets, bookshelves, or desks. There's not a lot of room to use the bedroom as a living space. I think, overall, the design would benefit from extra space for storage. Where are people supposed to keep their food and clothes? A desk to work on your computer?
