True that. Grant was just doing his job. He didn't shoot some remarkable percentage or something. He was shying away early partly because it was just so weird for him to be taking so many threes; like, an open Williams 3 is a good possession for us and apparently they didn't realize it.

With middleton out and no replacemet for pj tucker, it's basically 5 v 3 out there compared to last year's bucks. Miami had the same issue last year as this year's bucks bc they had no good replacement for Jae Crowder (got tucker this year) and duncan robinson is a defensive liability (barely in heat rotation right now). These 2022 Playoffs taught me that “Big 3” teams don’t work anymore. Top-heavy rosters just aren’t strong enough to go far because the depth of each franchise is so deep in today’s game. One or two superstars and a nice group of role-players / 3&D guys is the way to go. I hope the Lakers are aware enough to see that and step out of the Stone Age. That 2020 roster built around Bron & AD could’ve three-peated, and if they fix their mistakes this year, they can do damage next season.

@@instatv_2975 giannis was injured against the hawks. The hawks were decent but they weren’t a top 2 team in the east. They got to the conference finals because they faced the trash knicks and the sixers choked. In fact both the suns and the bucks last year made the finals partly due to injuries on the other teams. Die hard Celts fan but I wouldn't mind this to be a best of 11, 15, etc as both teams are amazing in resilience. This round gave Giannis 3 main things to work on to be even more unstoppable next season, mid range, triangle high post, and better low post foot work so he doesn't have to rely on dropping the shoulder to get space. That's a scary, scary man. The Celts will beat the Heat in 5, love Jimmy and Lowry, but they can't break 100ppg on a good day and there's no way Herro can score over the Celts wings and guards. If Giannis, Lopez, and KD can't score efficiently against Grant, Al, and Timelord, there's no way Bam can score more than 14ppg.
