Top tier but luke griffin from acrania will always be my waifu. Dude just switches from gutterals to highs to squeals so efficiently that its nuts. The old vocalist from beyond deviation has the greasiest highs in the buisness though just listen to "white noise" for proof

Will Ramos is an S Tier Deathcore Vocalist. Only two other vocalists I'd put on his level, in my opinion at least, is Den Duerr from Shadow of Intent, and Kyle Anderson of Brand of Sacrifice.

they also don't take into account that the instrumentals in this and the lyrics are also a lot more, I don't wanna say tolerable or acceptable but, more appreciable and less chaotic. Easier for a wider audience to appreciate this over IA, and that's just facts.

When you talk about how much he in concentrating on it. You have to stop and think, he’s new to this band, they have the EP out. New tour ( after Covid so everyone is dying to get out to see them). Think about the pressure he is under to do this, and do it so everyone will want to come out and see them live. Just think of this one take was awful? People would be like yaaaaa nope. Not going to see them live. But where this sounds perfect. Guaranteed you’re going to have people lining up because they know they will enjoy it. Just my opinion. Keep it up! Cheers

That ending where he asks "how does he do that" is actually quite "simple" assuming you can produce a growl or scream similar to what Will was doing. It is done by allowing more are to pass around the tongue between the cheeks while widening your mouth. The best way to describe the mouth movement is if you say "Wow" very quickly. It changes the airflow giving it an whole different tone. Granted you will never probably sound like Will because everyone's screams are different and trying to copy someone else's tone brings a higher risk of damaging your voice damage but you can produce a similar style sound in your own scream or growl.

Yup, always tell ppl you can’t try to copy someone’s scream! it should just feel natural. Will is effortless tho, that’s how you achieve longevity. Most of my favourite bands from back in the day have changed singers because nobody really knew how to properly scream back then and everyone blew out their vocal chords (but won’t admit it).
