@@xiewilliam1567 all the red sauces you see in indian cooking are not the same, Xie ... there are many and honestly no-one watching this will be able truthfully answer. And even for every type of red sauce there are many many different variations, preparations that one person cannot say what the other has cooked. People will try to convince you with general answers like Red sauce, chilly sauce, etc. unfortunately these are not true...

It was totally satisfying the way that guy made loved it yaar. I'll definitely visit that place after this pandemic and I could say that this is the most Hygienic place though I live in Mumbai people just fucked up with the vada pav ans sandwich by adding more and more stuff. 😇❤🙏

Must say this that the guy did not use mountains of cheese like most street sandwich makers, even knowing he was being videotaped he did not overdo it. Loved the way he handed his retired hacksaw blade as a knife. But why do all sandwich makers remove the best part of the slice? BTW what happens to the end pieces of the loaf?
