@Abba Ruma That's what I thought in the beginning. But then again Zyzz motivated an insane number of young men to go to the gym instead of just busting their nuts in front of their monitors the whole day. Also, an insane number of men all around the world continued the Zyzz legacy in one way or another such as Jeff Seid; started recording gym workouts, their diet, etc. which then exponentially motivated even more men going to the gym. For example, a guy who motivated me and thousands of young men where I live to go to the gym drew his inspiration from Zyzz. Gym culture nowadays wouldn't be nowhere near if Zyzz never existed. He for sure made the biggest impact on the gym culture in history. Well, his death even more I would say.

I was like this back in the 90 s in Vegas and that’s when video recorders were around . We used to walk around filming everything and my pal that brought me there may he RIP . Sean Griffith lived each day like it was his last .

Final graduation exams in less that an hour. Here to get my motivation, wish me luck guys, we all gonna make it 🙌🏼 MADE IT YA SIKKUNTS Edit: its about two years since Ive commented here. Now, Im on a great school with actual friends and a perspective to a good life. Things have become more stressful with 10h school days and less time to workout out, but pumping this banger in the gym is a reminder to keep going forward

Zyzz was great. Im mean great. But the key to his body was low low ass carbs. There are many other ingredient s to his body. But the key the key was super low carbs under 50 grams a day. For years
