@Memcha Laishram me, I would cally mom or brothers depending on how annoying it got the bully. So they never touched me again. If they where just using words I would call my brother's if they got phisical, my mom cause she got crazy knowing someone tryed to hit me so she would scare the hell of the kids and their parents, in the end they would stop bothering me, was so long lasting the effect that even after years of what happened the boy literally walked one meter away from me and if I was passing he would let me go first before coming near. XD

Don't worry, the social behavior of birds is different from the one humans have. After some time they might all become friends again

@@monney1517 Yeah, in the beginning, they test and feel each other out. Eventually, they all get along and with a hierarchy (Eneye probably will be at the bottom).

The zoo keeper already said that if Eneye is released. The same will happen in the wild. She needs to learn how to attack back when getting bullied or she won't be able to survive.

@@peach-hd7ko needs to be adopted by a person that is suitable to take care of a toucan like someone like ripley toucan tv... he tooken in birds that were not cared for properly i would love to adopt him if i was living in korea n i got a lil more education on it.. birds are hard to keep but i know he would be happier with someone that can hands on spend alot of time with him/her

joshua lee I mean that’s what the zoo keeper is trying to do, she is showing Eneye she cares and goes the extra mile to try to resolve any conflict he gets into. It’s not really fine to let him be under just a human as a pet when there are no physical complications since they’re all mostly intended to be released back into the wild

The keepers are not comfortable releasing him when he can't even get along with the two to three birds in this enclosure, and they predict that even if they house him with other Toucans, he might not adapt there either since he is a submissive male. Birds, and most animal folk really, will always fight for territory. And they will continue to pick on the weakest link for dominance. What the keepers want to do at the moment is likely attempt to get him comfortable in the environment, and dissuade the others from his presence, so they'll consider him as 'just another bird' instead of 'the guy we can pick on'.

Hi zoo keeper here! They are doing the best! This is how they will learn and be social in the Wild not everything in the Wild is pretty sometimes there’s fights. Best thing is for them to figure it out. I don’t think of a animal can learn and gain confidence which treid is what this is a confidence issue. Which is easy to fix

They're not that much big, they're lazy and big just as parrots so flying is difficult and they get tired easly so no, they don't have problems at begin in that room. They helped since theyr where bullying it

It's a thing where birds actually get depressed and mutilate themselves when their social and emotional needs aren't met. Die even since the stress hormones create domino reactions in the body that cause actual physical ailments that eventually kill them. Birds also often kill off other birds they dislike too for various reasons like mating or establishing pecking order. If we barely have a handle then why the hell do we have sanctuaries in the first place? Your comment is just outright wrong. This woman is saying with what sounds like confidence that Eneye will undoubtedly have this issue in another sanctuary, making moving him to another sanctuary an undesirable option. Eneye is showing in this video he is more likely to have healthy interaction with the human zoo keeper than the flock which is a sign that she is likely right. With the right individual this bird could happily cohabitate with humans and be happier than this. Especially if the individual has a zoo keeping liscence and exotic bird experience. At the end of the day these zoo keeper's approach is to hide him amongst freaking stuffed animals, not integrate him into the flock. If stuffed toucans are on the table why isn't professional surveiled adoption?
