I'm mixed (black&white) My mom had me young, so i was raised by her parents, my grandparents. I call them mom & dad. My mom is half mexican half white & my dad is white. My dad has made that "ok" symbol for as long as i can remember. & every time anybody looked, they got punched in the arm. He even does it still to this day to my younger cousins (im the oldest grandchild) So apparently, from these peoples perspective probably, my loving father who raised me from infancy is a hardcore white supremacist. One person would hold his hand in an ok sign or American sign language for the letter F and would try to get other people to look at it. The people who looked at it would then get a punch as punishment. Then it circulated around the internet as a meme and a joke so punches were never really involved at that stage. What the actor playing Gru did is just a reference to an internet joke about a fun game that has nothing to do with ethnicity or political views or anything of the sort. Urban dictionary has more info on the Cirkle Game. Hope this helps. Also I see how my tone was way angrier than intended in my first comment, it was 4am and I just got out of a verbal fight haha

There were some actual nazi kids there a month or two ago who did Hitler salutes and the ok symbol on the Hulk ride, so if it is an official ride photo they may try to kick you out of the park. jduncan4388 the hulk ride is in island of adventure, I just went to the main park. although I did go to disney and did it in most of the ride pictures and nobody cared. I even did it on the Tower of Terror ride video they send to you after the ride if you get the photo pass (which I did)
