This short guided meditation for positive energy will also help with confidence, sleep, anxiety or stress relief. If you’re a beginner and you are wondering how to meditate this is also the short guided meditation for you. Positive energy meditation will show you how to be positive and happy simply through focusing on the breath. Positive affirmations and positive thinking are also important but developing a consistent meditation practice is what matters most.

Kelsang Dornying explains why a lot of people wander aimlessly through life, searching for happiness and never truly finding it. He then gives actionable advice on how to become a more peaceful, fulfilled and happier person (today!). He breaks down his concepts in this podcast and gives some great analogies that really help to explain his thoughts and ideas. If you’ve ever been interested in meditation, mindfulness, Buddhism and cultivating a calmer, more focused mind, then this self-development podcast episode will be great for you!
We also discuss Buddhism, Buddhist teachings, secrets to happiness and the Buddhist path to enlightenment. We touch on the certain states of mind that cultivate a happier way of being. Amazing! I really enjoyed this video. Thank you I have just started meditation the past few months and already feel the positive effects. I would have liked to hear more of what he had to say. There is not any opportunities like that in my area, and do not have the funds to travel right now so this kind of content is appreciated

Hello I have a question, what about listening to music while I am meditating? I’m thinking about this kind of relaxing music which we have a lot of on YT.

Patryk Rak Hey Patryk! First of all I think it’s great that you’re getting into meditation. It really depends on what your intention is. Traditionally Buddhist teachers don’t play music in the background while meditating or at least I’ve never come across is. “Meditation music” is a relatively new thing that’s come about from modern health and well being practitioners playing music in the background to help relax people. I think you should definitely try it if it calls to you but it’s certainly not needed especially if you want to develop your focus and awareness on the present moment. The ambient sounds of nature and the different sounds around you can be just as relaxing when you learn to tune into the moment and just be. Hope this helps :)

I have health anxiety and focusing on my breath makes me panic

Aye, there are a few people who are similar. The idea of the breathing meditation is to clear the mind, by focusing on one neutral "object". If that doesn't work for you, you can replace it by another neutral object. Some people use a Buddha statue, but you can use anything really. The idea is to focus on it, whatever you choose. Let it fill you mind and try to bring you attention calmly back to your focus each time. If a physical object doesn't work for you, some people say to imagine that you breathe in pure white / golden sunlight, and as you breathe in, imagine it flowing into your veins, calming, healing and vitalising. And as you breathe out, you breathe out all the bad stuff - anger / frustration, insecurity, impurities... And it goes away. If you can focus on the image of this, rather than the physical feeling, that could be a different experience also. I'm sure there are other ways to do the settle the mind meditation, if one of these don't help 🙂
