As a condo manager, I value each and every one of my security officers assigned under me. Along side the cleaners, they make the condo safe, clean and secured to live in. So yes, these people are NOT invisible to me and to the residents.

I saw many security guards who ill treat visitors. They think they are the owners of the condominium.

I always talk to people politely be it security, pump attendants, cleaners or whoever la, they happy I happy all happy

To be honest, I was upset with the security guards a couple times due to miscommunication. Here I would like to say a word of sorry! And thanks for keeping our place safe.

I work security for 19yrs i dont feel anything..as far as looking down goes i dont give a damn of what ppl think of me..its my job or profession i just do it well.

Being a security guard does not mean that he is inferior in any way. Only people with a low class mentality think like that.

Ppl needs to understand why they ( security ) are there for . U think they're stationed there to greet you good morning and good evening have a nice day ? They got a work to do , they are there to guard the property ,not there to entertain jokers like that low life 1.5 million Ramesh Erramalli .

Anyone knows about scdf, promised 3mths for a security pass, then 2yrs for a security pass, then still none. It's like desire or choice of a direction-status(gifted in-charge), this kind of lifestyle if as security would still imagine flow of income? Just patrol and stay at place. Another is if it can be not a summarised as 8hrs and 12hrs as obviously weaker security and knowing weak moment(from tiredness).

The security are human same like us please dun look down on them there protect our property why must we aim them so badly izit there are a criminal people or there are a slave the security also do thier part why can't we also play a part why must we need to blame them everyday everybody make a mistake everybody are not perfect in tis world we all are human there also need to have rest the officers also have a heart have a feeling too same as us why not we respect each other is better den pin point to them not fair right
