Todd Castledine Fishing

Күн бұрын

The one rod challenge is back and this time I'm headed out to the lake with a swim jig tied on. I'm home for a couple of days and really wanted to do the one rod challenge so I picked a lake and headed out. If your new to my channel I do these challenges to show you how you can become good at one technique by only allowing yourself to throw one bait all day. In this video I show you how the process goes and how I finally put it all together and really start to catch them. There is a twist at the end of this video, sorry guys I had to do it!!!!!!
Bait: Strike King Hack Attack Heavy Cover Swim Jig: omnia.direct/E...

Man that brings back memories😢. I've started with bream and rock bass as pets in a 10 gallon tank then move to a 55 gallon. Dude I had a RedDevil fish,I grew from 3" to 2lb with a knot sometimes appear on it head. Fustrated about how I wanted to setup the tank up .He was going to rearrange everything, everytime. He would attack everything that someone hung something over the tank. This time it was my dads friends hand while he was talking on the phone. I hear a loud splash he done knocked the light in the water, everything! He said mane what you got in here! Purinas? No Big RED!

I been trying to catch them on jigs and swim jigs for a while now. I been using Medium Heavy and now a Heavy rod and I can get a few bites but it seems like I’m not getting good hook sets in them. I pull them up but they get up near the boat and just open their mouth and come off??? Drives me crazy !!!! Should I go buy a swim bait rod??? Brian in South Carolina

Will you do a video on your pet bass?? How you got him, what your plans are for him in the future and maybe feed him some chips(crickets) on camera. This is the last time i saw him on video and it would be cool to know about how he came to be your pet and if you plan on getting a bigger tank or building a little pond for him. Bama Bass the angler on youtube has pet bass, he raises them inside in a tank like you then puts them in this small koi fish type pond he built in his back yard, you should check him out, I know you prolly cant build a pond living in that subdivision but still would love to know your plans for him

It’s okay. Your videos are helpful and informative but as a bank angler fishing ponds we are limited and super pressured. it’s okay though I’ll find a way to catch them bass. Always thankful for a pro fisherman like you to help us beginners out on some good knowledge
