She was competent enough to rent a storage unit while her kids were “missing” and moving all of their belongings into it, and she was competent enough to plan a destination wedding, but NOT competent to stand trial?? Who is in charge here? They need to be fired! Thank you Dr G you know whats up!

@@SandeepKulshrestha Yep! I thought that as well before several characters on the news with new love interests killed their kid(s) & seemed very calculating covering it up. Lori was trying to make her friend to cover up whereabouts of JJ. She is totally sane & smart, but might be depressed as her plan didn't work out.

I read the reviews and they sound very immature for a middle aged man. Poor interpretation on world politics, and Utah, Idaho and Arisona are the center of the world. The 144 000 chosen are locals and the rest of the world seems that doesn't exist. They prepare by invasion from Russians and Chinese and the chosen would fight from a tent camps.

I realized that Tammy worked a full time to support her family for years while Chad sat at home writing his bs books and running around the country going to events to promote himself. She had to work to support their five kids!!! He was busy chasing women online and at events. I doubt he ever turned a profit with his awful books.

@@ernaanspach473 yeah, I considered including Joe Ryan, and really wanted to given the pattern of Alex going at Lori’s “enemies” like Joe, Charles, Brandon, Tammy, and as we heard Zac and his dad Adam were terrified of being next. My internal editor just felt that 5 people in 6 months had more punch & is compelling.

I would think it stands to reason that anyone that can kill innocent people especially kids must be damn crazy. Therefore I’m sure prisons are full of crazy people which isn’t that what prison is basically for? A sane person doesn’t just kill for the heck of it, at least that’s my opinion. I don’t think the laws should allow the competent card or at least not for most people. I think the courts have the wrong idea about that entire cop out of not competent. I can picture not competent and it’s not Lori Vallow Daybell. Not competent to me is like Lizzie Borden (I think that was her name) certainly not like the Doomsday mother. When she is hiding that her kids have been killed then she is competent. Had she been crazy then She would have admitted every thing that happened without a bit of worry. Now had she done that then I might think she was truly crazy. She’s just truly cruel!

I think she was smart enough to have her brother carry out all the dirty work. Of course, he's dead now, so she may end up with lesser charges like collusion, child endangerment, child abandonment charges, for example. Mr. Daybell will likely get life for killing Tammy.

I feel reassured by your analysis that you feel confident that she’ll go to trial, and the fact that she tried to conceal evidence. And in any case, it’s a life sentence if she’s deemed not competent. But also, quips such as “nothing like an apocalypse to bring on an appetite” makes your videos that much better! Keep them coming!

Chad has also been charged with the murder of his wife Tammy and Arizona is investigating the death of Charles Vallow who was killed or likely murdered by Lori’s brother. Lori’s brother also died under mysterious circumstances. Very complicated case. I do think Lori is delusional. Her children murdered and she was able to enjoy a wedding in Hawaii and honeymoon. She has not once show an ounce of remorse and according to cell- mates appears animated and even pleased with the attention she’s receiving. • Question below for Dr. Grande, if he has time, thank you. I only just discovered Dr. Grande and I just want to say thank you for your hard work. It was truly disheartening to see the increase in the level/amount of narcissism in the world. As the child of a narcissistic mother who honestly believed that “The purpose of children is to do for their parents…” it was extremely enlightening to hear your ‘deep dive’ into why and how this destructive (trait? genetic? nature/nurture?) not only exists but appears to be growing exponentially. If you read any of our comments, I would be very interested to know your thoughts on social media (and all of its dreck) and the increase in narcissism/the need to be ‘special’, stand out. (Especially among the young members of society). Thank you again
