These ase nice updates to todoist. I have been long time user of Things 3, but switched to todoist a few months ago. Been waiting UI update and I think it's now super clean and easy to use. Still waiting the seperate start date and due date update. That's the one feature that I miss when switched from things 3. Hope it will come soon! All in all todoist is made some good updates and I will be sticking with it. I'm glad you also show workflows and tips for todoist users!

Cheers Peter! Great overview. If we use Due Date as start date then what is the workaround to mark the real due date? What I love about Things 3 is that it shows the day count down in terms of days left until the real deadline.

I write down the hard deadline as a note in the task. It’s not ideal, but it’s the best way to use Todoist, imo.
