From there, Token spoke about his journey into becoming a rapper and getting a shout-out from actor Mark Wahlberg. Token then spoke about Wahlberg becoming a mentor, and later signing with Atlantic Records and dropping his album “Pink is Better.” During the conversation, Token also detailed turning down a meeting with Eminem when he was 17, which you can hear more about in the full interview above.
