We hike to Tokopah Falls from the Lodgepole Campground in Sequoia National Park. Along the way, we see a bear, walk through snow on the trail, and get a chance to see the spectacular falls after a strong winter storm season. If you enjoy waterfall hikes, this one is wonderful. And it's easily hiked by people of all ages.
We also recap an encounter with the people that we meet at the places where we go. Happy hiking!

Guys I loved this place but then I love all of the places that you go to and waterfalls are my favourite ! This trail looked stunning and nice that you can hear the water. You are so brave walking near bears though and you gave wise advice . Good that you met some nice people too and loved the quote about strangers from Ron, he seemed so sweet and obviously his love for God shone through. I love people like that who have overcome health issues and also a carer for his wife. What an inspiration, an angel in disguise 😇 I love inspirational people like this and I love the message that you brought out about a good attitude. Great video guys 🙏👍~ Anna

Is the trail kids friendly?

We have hiked this trail many times with our kids when they were younger. It's fairly flat and level, not too long. Just a bit of an uphill on rockier terrain as you approach the waterfall. We've seen all ages on this trail - it's a nice experience accessible within the Lodgepole Campground. Hope you enjoy!
