Hi Sarah, just read in the news that Japan had donated $1billion to support Ukraine in this hard time. So I wanted to thank YOU, it's your money, your taxes too. Thank you for this Christmas present ☺

The Doitsu Center, the Lebkuchenherzen with german text and the Bratwurstschnecke and I guess Currywurst killed me😅. But looks definitely more original than any US Christmas markets. The cameraman could also be Turkish😏 with profound knowledge about german Christmas markets. His spelling of Glühwein is flawless.

It certainly has the vibe of a classic Christmas market in Germany, especially with the wooden market stalls! The churros are an interesting addition 😂 but at least it was tasty, even if it was overpriced 😅 !

Merry Christmas Sarah. It looks like the weather is fairly mild. Have you experienced a “white” Christmas before with snow? The souvenir mug is a nice keepsake. It always fun to see you calculate the currency exchange in your head for all the foreign viewers 😂

Merry Christmas! 🎄 I haven’t experienced a white Christmas as far as I can remember! It rarely snows in Tokyo ☃️ Hahaha I try my best to calculate the currency exchange 😂

5:50 Lol sarah is such a goofball. Btw the food "furanku" is probably referring to the region of Franconia ("Franken" in german), known for good traditional food, sausages included. I remember the locals taking pride in their cuisine when I visited that region once :)

We just finished filming a few Christmas Market videos in Austria! Super interesting to see what Japan has in comparison. Certain things seemed pretty normal..others, pretty strange. 😂 Have you been to any in Europe yet? They're quite magical! 🤩🎄

I’ve been to a few in Europe! I went to Winter Wonderland every year in London, but the most memorable one was the one in Copenhagen! 🎄🥰

*Camera man is wrong.* 1. Mulled wine is right for Anglo-Saxons. Glühwein is right for Deutsche. 2. Gløgg is right for Norwegians and Danish. Glögg is right for in Swedes and Icelanders. 3. Christmas Markets are not exclusive to Deutsche.
