Also try the overnight bus to Osaka, tipid sa hotel. Paggising mo asa Osaka ka na.

For sushi conveyor belt experience Kura Sushi hands down. 125yen/51pesos lang base plates nila beh hahaha sobrang sulit at masarap naman. For the train commute, use Japan Travel. Wag Google Maps bakalito siya for Japan. For Osaka vs Tokyo, Kansai (Osaka, Nara, Kyoto) region masmaganda madami cultural kineme. Tokyo kasi pang shopping lang.

Para sa amin, Spring and Fall season is the best time to visit Korea and Japan. Kasi sa springtime, enchanting yung cherry blossoms and the temperature is quite nice. Fall season ay pag bago ng mga dahon from green to yellow, brown, red and orange. Malamig din. Summer is too hot.

Agree it's best to do DIY. per our experiences in our 1st travel to HK and sokor, we did arrange the package tour which were not worth the time and money. From thereafter we do DIY. I also agree that for the first timer in Japan best to visit Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto. You will taste and see the best of natures. BTW we are booked for Tokyo on march for the Sakura. Your Japan vlogs are helping a lot. Sayang we were 8n KL those dates you were there. We stayed for 28 days. Hope to bump you in one of our trips

Suica, Icoca and Pasmo is interchangeable. You can use it for all prefectures. If you have one, you don't have to purchase the others. Also, add mo n ung suica card mo sa iPhone. Easier to load ☺️ you can see the loaded amount.

My first time to visit Japan was Tokyo, but I stayed at Furukawa kasi doon ko at malapit sa cruise ship after 3 days in Japan. I think I’d like to suggest mag stay kayo sa hotel na malapit kung saan yung major sightseeing areas.

Tried capsule hotel once, malinis and organized. I wouldn’t mind staying at a capsule hotel. Hostels also na dormitory type is okay, just research the location and reviews. Airbnb is another option aside from hotels.

Wow, saya naman babalik ka ulit sa Japan. 😊🤩 Hehe we tried yung buggage locker near dun sa may Asakusa Station nasa 400 yen for 4 hours. And 700 yen for unlimited hours (medyo sa may labas nga lang mga locker hindi nasa room) naman sa may malapit sa Kawagichiko Station bago kame mag Mt. Fuji. And napaisip din talaga ako nung una if meron bang homeless sa Japan kasi for ilang days na panay lakad-lakad eh wala pa kameng nakita until may nakita kameng isa dun sa may Shinjuku.

Thanks for posting this Q&A. Good to have as reference. I’ve been to both Tokyo and Osaka but only for a week so not enough time to explore both. I went to Osaka for Universal Studios - Harry Potter talaga 😅 I liked both Osaka and Tokyo. Relax and chill atmosphere sa Osaka while Tokyo has that busy, fast paced city vibes. If staying for a week I suggest visit one at a time, either Osaka or Tokyo.

Try ninyo next time ung JR Pass na Tokyo Wide Pass if Tokyo destination mo. Sulit sya lalo if magbullet train ka papunta sa Yuzawa if Winter time

I had the very best time in my life when I visited Japan way back three years ago. I stayed in OSAKA in a hotel with communal area. But it was a perfect experience. I could have tried the capsule hotel but the price between the two was not far or almost the same. The only advantage of the hotel is that, of course you have that privacy and space for everything. Meanwhile, travelling across Japan, I have purchased the JR PASS and ICOCA card and used them both in Osaka and Tokyo trains and buses. The advantage of having the JR PASS is better than purchasing a ticket for every journey that you do. Plus it's unlimited and stress free for every journey. However, it is all depending on your travel plans and the days you will stay in Japan. JR PASS is a much better option if you want to travel Japan for fifteen days or more, from one prefecture to another. I agree that the best way to travel Japan wisely is to be organised, especially on your itineraries, so that you will have the best time of your life in whatever places you want to be. Enjoy travelling and stay safe always!🤗

Me too I prefer Osaka than Tokyo. I will go back to Tokyo because of Mt. Fuji..So many people in Tokyo lalo na sa Shinjuku Station. I called it nga Shibuya Crossing inside Shinjuku Station and ang lalayo ng tourist spots sa Tokyo. From Osaka, you can take a regular train to Kyoto..so wow during Autumn. My next trip is Hokkaido but next year pa so sana your Dec trip is in Hokkaido so I can get tips from you😁😊

You can use Suica card anywhere in Japan, nagamit ko siya sa Kansai, Kyushu region & Hokkaido. I missed traveling to Japan lalo na nang mapanood ko mga vlogs mo. Sana po pagbalik nyo sa Japan ay i-try nyo ang sleeper train or sleeper bus o kaya sumakay nang ferry kung pupunta kayo sa malayong prefecture. Madalas po ako manood nang japan vlogs about traveling on ferry or bullet train or bus. At saka talagang mahal kaya talaga ang pasahe. Nakapagtravel na po ako sa Japan way back 1992 sponsored by JICA. One month friendship tour po with other Asian Youth kaya madami po kami. We visited National Diet of Japan, we stayed at Metropolitan Hotel Tokyo Ikebukuro, Hotel Shinjuku. We went to Kyoto, visited Hiroshima, overnight stay at 5th Station in Mt. Fuji. Then we were assigned to stay at one Japanese family for three days. It was really a liferime experience na hindi ko malilimutan. Good luck po sa next travel nyo sa Japan. Try nyo po ang bullet train ha? Ingat po.
