New homes are great, don’t get me wrong. Lived in one for 5 years. Only don’t be fooled by the models. They contains 200-300k worth of designer furniture and upgrades most don’t get. You will most likely end up with a nice kitchen and master bath but you enter the home with white walls and nothing else. Factor that in. They also cost more up front than an existing home equivalent, like 10% more minimum.

I don’t live (and not planning to) in Rocklin. I really do love this floor plan though. I would make some adjustments but great design overall! Do you know how big the kitchen is (square feet)? That would help a lot! Thanks for the video!
