I know exactly what he means . Different war(s) but I couldn't stay away from the suck and until I was ultimately disabled I would have kept going back and NOTHING pissed me off more than to hear a bunch of whiny civilians who knew nothing about the matter talk shit about it . 54 mo in Iraq and 18 mo in Afghanistan believe me I know the feeling .

At that time the Army wouldn't let you go back for a 2nd tour unless you got a specialization like LRRP, Ranger, or the like.
