The MDR isn't a bad looking gun but I love semi automatic rifles. Thy should also make the SCAR-H 💓 FAL and SA-58 semi automatic variets

The special Talent on the URBAN MDR is Distracted = Your damage is increased by 10% against targets with status effects...

Do I need to own any of the dlc to get this weapon or is it available for the base game owners also?

No..... you do not need to own any DLC to get this gun... You can get it from mission Lexington event center. The mission boss has a 1% chance to drop it everytime you kill Larae Barret... Or can get it from a proficiency cache....

thank you, do i need to set the world tier to a certain level or something? or have certain gear score for the drop at lexington. Also, what difficulty level do I need to play the mission in for the drop.

highest world tier only and you must run the mission at challenging...
